SCREEN PRINTING

PRODIGI Embroidery & Screen Printing is one of the top contract and wholesale screen printing and decorating companies in the United States.  We use the latest equipment and most skilled decorators to design, print, and deliver products that exceed customer expectations.

Our in-house, screen printing facility features 4 state of the art machines, able to print anywhere from 1 color to 4 color process.  Our 4 automatic presses can print up to 15 colors.

From simple one color imprints to complex, multi-color, specialty screen printing processes, we are able to print on cotton garments, technical fabrics, short sleeves, long sleeves, pants, caps, aprons, and vinyl.

PRODIGI Embroidery & Screen Printing is your one stop shop for all your contract and wholesale screen printing needs!  We offer many different styles of specialty screen printing techniques including: Wrap-Around, Across Sleeves, and Specialty Inks.

Flock:  A process in which material (as flock or metallic powder) is dusted or sprayed over matter previously printed with an adhesive.
Foil:  Foil Screen Printing Application uses an adhesive that is screen printed in the traditional way then foil is applied over the top and heat pressed on.

Metallic:  Our metallic silver and gold finishes produce a nice bright shiny look when printed on the shirt or garment. This style of printing does tend to lose it’s shine and lustre though washing quicker than our other application choices, but they do look great when new!

Egg Shell:  This is a special ink and treatment that will give the garment the look and feel similar to that of a cracked egg-shell.

Platisol:  Plastisol Screen Printing Application Plastisol is used as a textile ink for screen-printing and as a coating. They are the most commonly used inks for printing designs on to t-shirts and various apparel applications and are particularly useful for printing opaque graphics on dark fabrics.

Water Based Ink:  Water based inks are a good choice when a “soft hand” is desirable. A soft hand is the condition where the ink film cannot easily be felt with the hand when passed across the surface of the fabric.

Gel:  Gel Screen Printing adds a layer of “high density” gel on top of your screen printed t-shirt or garment creating an amazing, decorative 3-D looking coating that really makes the printed image stand out.

How It Works
PRODIGI Embroidery & Screen Printing is a contract screen printing company, meaning we do not supply the garments to be decorated.

Production generally takes 5 days for art and virtual proof and 5 days for job production, from the time we receive your PO and artwork.

Upon receipt of your items, our team inspects the items to ascertain the goods delivered are correctly matched to your PO.  This process generally takes 24-48 hours as we thoroughly inspect your goods.

Upon receipt of your approval and goods for the job, we will complete all work within the allotted time frame.  WE must have time to count in and inspect your goods to meet the production time.

Please note:  PRODIGI Embroidery & Screen Printing checks in every order received and matches the merchandise against your purchase order. We count every garment received for style, color, size accuracy, and defects.

We invite you to browse some of our partners’ on-line catalogs featuring a variety of apparel, hats, and bags.   If you would like pricing on our goods, please contact us.
